Very nice people. I was helped by Parminder and Mohammed. I 10/10 would recommend this place… I locked my key in the trunk and didn’t charge me even though i was on the other side of the island. They were with me within an hour and even gave me new keys with a keychain. Mohammad also gave me an orange while he came to my location ahhha.

Bardzo dobra wypożyczalnia skuterów, wszystko przygotowane na najwyższym poziomie, zadbane, kaski również czyste. Zdarzyła się mała nieprzewidziana awaria , skuter wymieniony szybko na drugi, możliwość dogadania się co do zdania wypożyczonego skutera, kaucja szybko zwrócona na konto. Ho noleggiato uno scooter 50 cc per 9 giorni. Arrivato in sede , una simpatica ragazza mi saluta cordialmente, mentre controlla le carte mi chiede se non volessi un 125 che con la mia patente si può guidare. Naturalmente accetto ed il prezzo rimane anche invariato. Il motorino un Peugeot, pulitissimo, perfetto.
9 giorni su e giù per Malta.
Ritorno con il motorino domenica alle ore 16. Prendo la barca e rientro in casa a Valletta, solo lì mi accorgo di aver dimenticato le chiavi attaccate a quelle del motorino.
Domenica sera!!! Lunedì mattina aereo di rientro e sono senza chiavi fuori di casa. Abbiamo telefonato. Il negozio era già chiuso. Ho spedito una mail alle 18:02, alle 18:03 ricevo già una risposta. È il titolare penso, mi chiama, e mi dice che mi porta subito le chiavi da me. 25 minuti di macchina!! Un eroe si presenta, mi da le chiavi , rinuncia con insistenza alla mancia e se ne va. Ore 19:02 rientro in stanza.
Che dire , onestà , competenza, e passione . Ragazzi ve lo consiglio vivamente. Ho noleggiato già da altre parti a Malta, e ho trovato spesso sorprese e disservizi. Qui c’è tutto. Il motorino era impeccabile. Il prezzo (ottimo) non aveva sorprese. Bravissimi ed anvcora grazie !!

Ps chiamami anche l appartamento dove alloggiavo per una seconda chiave, non trovai nessuno, in più non mi hanno mai richiamato neanche il giorno dopo. Mai.

Very good service altogether, we came in witjlhout any reservation, in the city location, and they managed to provide us with a car in less than 30 minutes, even if the car came from the airport.

The rental clerk was very helpful and kind, explained everything, even gave us a map of the island and some recommendations which were very very good for the short time we had to visit.

The car was in perfect condition, small and very well maintained.

We were able to drop off the car at the airport and the entire pickup and dropoff process was very well explained and managed. A deposit was booked, but we received it back once we dropped off the car.

Unfortunately I dropped the bike , and despite that Lydon was very understanding and fair when assessing the damage. Even showed me the messages between him and his repair man in terms of what the estimated cost was , and still charged me less than that when he could have easily charged me 2-3x more based on my experience (and what was written in our contract candidly)

All in all highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a motorbike in Malta !! We will definitely be using Lydon and LA Rentals when we return. Thanks again Lydon !

Rented the Triumph Scrambler 400 X for 3 days, had a great time with it. Bike was in great condition.
The rental process was really straightforward. Did the booking through their website. When I went to get the bike, had to pay the deposit, which was returned within 48 hours. Overall great experience and can recommend them.

Awesome service, great quality scooter, very welcoming personell in LaRentals Santa Lucia office. We spent last day in Malta and had 6 hours before flight. Rented the scooter at noon and did a travel along southern-eastern part of Malta, visting Marsaskala, Marsaxloxx, Blue Grotto. The rental trusted us and allowed to return the scooter after the business hours. Also, did not charge us for refilling fuel on top of actual consumption, although were enttiled to. Very friendly, customer oriented and honest service providers. What is important – the helmets were clean and new (sometimes you get sweaty and dirty helmets in other rental companies). 10 stars out of 10.

Amazing service! Very recommended if you want to spend some days in Malta and you need to go around.
The girl was very sweet and the scooter (125) was perfect. It is not far away from Valletta, you can take the bus 22 and 25 to get there in 10/15 min. Not expesive, very honest (they will not charge you for nothing or keep your money).

Wij huurden hier een scooter op basis van alle positieve reviews en wij werden niet teleurgesteld. We kregen een heel recente scooter met iets meer dan 4000 km op de teller met helmen bij geleverd. Wij reserveerden vooraf om zeker te zijn. Zoals wij de info kregen werd ook na 2 dagen de waarborg netjes teruggestort. Kregen alle info over scooter en wat je kan bezoeken in Malta, volle tank en waren via whatsapp heel vlot bereikbaar. Ik zou hier nog huren. Juist voor het rondtrekken in Malta en je hebt die mogelijkheid zou ik misschien een 125cc adviseren om vlot door het drukke verkeer mee te kunnen rijden. Vooral als het bergop gaat. Vlotte duidelijke communicatie en vriendelijke mensen.

First of all, I can definitely recommend this rental, everything went smoothly. We paid a 150€ deposit for a 50cc scooter in cash and got the cash back when we returned the scooter. Initially, we wanted to rent two 50cc scooters because I had read everywhere that two people can’t make it on one 50cc. I asked the owner if he thought we could make it, and without any doubts, he told us we can take a test drive around the block to decide. There was a very steep hill, but we made it (25+ km/h), and on straight roads, we reached 45-50 km/h without any problems. So, we rented one 50cc scooter (our combined weight is 75 kg + 60 kg). To be clear, in Malta, you can’t rent a 125cc scooter without an A1 license, which is why I was worried about this before the rental. I hope this information helps you plan your Malta trip. We rented the scooter for two days and explored everything on Malta and Gozo. 😊

We hired a car from LA rentals during our recent visit to Malta. I initially contacted them to ask if a car seat could be provided for our little one, they were quick to reply and had this ready for us when we arrived.

We were offered a professional service from the team at LA rentals from the start. I couldn’t recommend them enough. We will definitely be hiring again the next time we visit the Island.

We rent a small automatic car ( Peugeot 107) from 01/04 to 05/04. We went on Monday to get the paper work done, payment and deposit, we dealt with a nice girl Parminder, everything was done quick and easy. Next day we did pick up the car, we made a video, the rental did too, car was cleaned and came with a phone holder. We were given a map and Maltas traffic rules were explained to us. On Saturday we meant to bring the car back but we did ask if we could have it for extra few hours and they were easy to get that sorted for us. Also the have two different locations to drop off the car, one is close to the airport. The car was returned and the deposit was back on Monday. They are very professional and honest. Rented a 125cc Peugeot Yango at LA Rental in Sliema, the bike really took off like it had weekend plans. Mrs Parminder and her Nepalese colleague (staff at LA Rental) were legends: friendly, fast, and fun. Service with a smile, pretty sure they run the place on good vibes and rocket fuel. Best two-wheeled decision ever!

We rented a small but comfortable car that was perfect for our trip. Everything was well organized and the staff at the rental company were very friendly and helpful.

A small downside was that we were supposed to pick up the car at 11:00, but we didn’t get it until around 11:30.

What we really appreciated was how flexible they were when we wanted to extend the rental by an extra day — that was super convenient.

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z wyboru wypożyczalni, miałem możliwość rozwiania wątpliwości poprzez szybki kontakt przez Whatsappa przed rezerwacją skutera. Następnie przez stronę internetową wybrałem skuter wraz z odbiorem bezpośrednio na lotnisku po moim przylocie. Skuter nowy, zadbany funkcjonował bezproblemowo. Pan z obsługi wyjaśnił ruch lewostronny na Malcie poprzez mapkę oraz polecił aplikację do nawigacji (Waze), która jest powszechnie stosowana na wyspie. Nice clean new rental vehicles in great condition, hand out and return process is fair and transparent (recording of previous damages) – the Triumph Scrambler is a nice piece!
The included smartphone holder for navigation and the box for the helmet make them also very convenient.

For non-UK drivers there is a slight change with the left hand driving but the staff gives you a good crashcourse for dos and donts on Malta, driving tips, parking tips etc.

A perfect round up to see Malta and enjoy the scenery by bike.

The best in Malta! High quality and kind stuff.
It was the beat decision by hireing a scooter and not taking public transport. You can see a lot o beautiful places and, the best part, you are in front of the line at: traffic lights/stops, at the ferry (we went to Gozo and the scooter/motors have priority) and you don’t need to wait to get the bus (calculating 5/6 minute at every bus station, you can see another tourist attractions).
The stuff helped us a lot with informations and they let us know that everything happends they are trying to help us.

We went to Malta in october 2024 for a week.
We rented a mortorbike with LA Rentals and had no issues.
They did let us put the motorbike back at the airport parking before 9am (their opening hour) witch was really helpfull for us.
You can use them with no worries.

We are verry satisfied with La rental service from the beggining. Our previous experience with car renting in Italy made us stress and that was the reason we were unsure to rent the car or not. People from La rentals are great and all the whole process was easy going. It was the only one left Peugeot 107 automatic but on the end it turned up to be the best choice for us, especially for parking. They gave us detailed instructions regarding driving on a left side. Our trip to Malta was easier and relaxed because we used La Rental service and we would definately recomend La rentals for exploring Malta 😃

O companie foarte profesionista ! Am comparat mai multe firme de inchiriere scutere in Malta, dar am vazut ca unele au scutere care nu sunt bine intretinute si nu arata bine.
In schimb la La rental Malta am vazut ca toate scuterele arata bine, curate, inclusiv castile si am fost primiti foarte bine la receptie
In plus, am avut o mica problema cu scuterul inchiriat initial, iar proprietarul a raspuns imediat, a ajuns in 5 minute la locul unde eram si imediat m-a dus la garaj si mi-a dat alt scuter si mai nou cu plinul facut, fara a tine cont ca deja consumasem benzina de la primul, ceea ce mi s-a parut super profesionist !
In concluzie, recomandam cu caldura aceasta firma si cu siguranta cand vom reveni in Malta, vom apela din nou la LA Rentals !

I rented the Scrambler 400X, and the bike was in pretty good condition. The company delivered it to my accommodation for a reasonable surcharge, and the deposit was released within 48 hours. Should I visit Malta again, I’ll definitely rent from them again.

A great experience! Riding a scooter on Malta is so much fun! It’s very easy and surprisingly, after being warned about drivers in Malta, we felt safe.

We managed to avoid morning and evening rush hours which might have been more testing.

Berminder at LA Rentals was lovely! Very polite, friendly, helpful and informative. Her advice about where to go on the islands was very helpful.

Mohammed too was very polite, friendly, helpful and informative and gave us a thorough tour of the scooter and how to operate with useful hints and tips.

The bike itself (a Peugeot Django) was clean, in great condition and very stylish. It coped well with two rather heavy people on board!

We only had the bike for 24 hours but we really enjoyed it and will definitely come back to LA Rentals when we come back to Malta.

LA rentals were super easy to use and and more then helpful when it came to planning a route to see the island. I rented the 400cc Triumph, the bike was brand new and had loads of power to explore the island. When I am back I will certainly be renting from them again.

I rented a motorcycle for a few days from LA motorcycles. A lovely new bike was delivered and I had a great time. LA motorcycles also gave me some lovely recommendations on places to see.
Great value and great service.
I will use them again.

They gave us a brand new scooter and the tires were also brand new (always check the tires when renting). They are quick to response and patience explaining everything on the beginning, for example how to drive in Malta, and how the scooter works.
We used the scooter in Gozo and Malta, and it never disappointed. Paid the deposit in cash and received in cash on the drop off day. They meet with us on the airport on both times, with no extra fee.
Renting a scooter to visit both islands is the best way to visit and make the most out of your trip. Parking is quick, getting around is quicker, sightseeing while driving is more beautiful.

First of all, the people. Most friendly, kind and understanding. They also offered us maps and travel suggestions that made our experience even grater.
All bikes, helmets, gadgets were in tip-top condition.
The prices were more than decent plus we traveled the WHOLE island without ANY problems regarding road conditions, parking space/costs, ferries and most importantly, the traffic. We had the option to park our bikes at the airport without worrying about any traffic issues we might had getting there thus making our departure more relaxing.
